Very good service. Tyre replacement was booked in via Blackcircles. Simple on line process. Chose your correct tyre sizes and the price you want to pay. Then choose your garage or mobile fitter. Staff at the garage were helpful. No issues.

I turned up at 9.15 am, and was told that I had missed my appointment at 9am. I thought that I had a morning appointment, not precisely 9am. I was prepared to leave the car for about two hours, but to no avail. Another appointment has been made on Monday 10th Feb at 9.30am.
