I picked this garage with a specific slot on line but when I got there i was told it would be 2 - 3 hours for 2 tyres and tracking. They said BlackCircles just plonk the appointments in their diary regardless of what they’ve already committed directly with customers. That was a nuisance but the girl on reception managed to push it through in 2 hours.

Dust cap missing. Excessive tyre fitting paste on wheels. Checked tyre pressure and they were all different. I was told they would contact me when the car was ready.......no call.

I requested an AM appointment which was not delivered. I had to ring the garage twice and the tyres were then fitted at 15:00 Hrs therefore making me miss out on a trip away and having to postpone arrangements. I have paid a supplement for this service which has not been delivered I would like a refund.

After my initial appointment slot passed by without a word I called ATS customer services to find out what was going on. Very apologetic staff looked into it and found there had been a mix up and my fitting wasn't assigned to a driver. They arranged for it to be carried out late that evening to avoid any delays to a planned trip as the tyres were for our caravan. Still worthy of 5 stars because of how well they handled the issue and the professional friendly staff at every point during the whole ordeal.
