He quickly identified my order, and advised they could fit my tyres immediately as they had availability or If I preferred I could leave the car and collect later, I opted to wait and had the tyres fitted quicky and efficiently. The waiting room was comfortable and pleasant and the whole experience was first class.

Just as improvement suggestion, that would be better could inform the planned time for arrival in the morning for tyre fixing. They have a message system, confirmed fitting date as all day open window. But confirmation of time of arrival on the date, atleast on the day morning, would be so perfect. Thanks!

Great tyre fitter. Polite and efficient but I do think the window of 8-30am to 5-30pm was too wide. I had to phone to get a more accurate time. One person said 9am but didnt arrive. Eventually came at 2-15pm after another phone call. Couldnt complain about the fitter.

Arrived a day earlier than they were supposed to, but otherwise ok to deal with, was quick and painless to get the tyres changed. Them turning up at the wrong time wasn't really a problem for me so I'd probably use them again.

I requested an AM appointment which was not delivered. I had to ring the garage twice and the tyres were then fitted at 15:00 Hrs therefore making me miss out on a trip away and having to postpone arrangements. I have paid a supplement for this service which has not been delivered I would like a refund.
