Best tyre fit I've ever had. They noted the torque figures used on the wheels. Normally I'd go and loosen them off and then re-torque because some places will just do them up with a nut gun, but there's no point now.

Very substandard garage. Only trolly jacks used out in a scruffy forecourt, no ramps in use. I had to remind them to use a torque wrench to tighten the alloy wheels. When finished all the wheels had grease and dirty hand marks around them which they just left. A scruffy run-down garage.

Rather a disorganised operation- but the fitter was good and carried out the tyre replacement quickly Would like to have had the excess grass removed from the face of the tyre, but it was a wet day anyway! HiQ seem that they have just moved to this garage as they seem to be disorganised, but it all worked still!
