I went in the day before to arrange time for fitting, Owner told me to come at 9am - arrived at 9am owner not there at that time, Spoke on the phone with him and eventually that started to fit my tyres at 10.20am If this is one of your premier garages I recommend you pay them a visit

4 replacement tyres paid and booked for 12:30pm Friday. Turned up, to be mumbled at that only 2 tyres here and to return tomorrow. No apology and no customer service. Turned up next day, again barely spoken to, 4 tyres fitted, though air pressures varied between 2.0 and 3.3 bar!! So had to sort that myself later.

Booked at 11am, arrived at that time, had to wait 45 mins. Took 50 mins to do two front tyres, then further to do MOT. Over 2 hours standing around in the cold as no waiting room. Slow and a bit rude. No respect for customers time. Definitely wouldnt use again.

Having ordered a tyre from Blackcircles and booked fitting at M C Motors, I dropped my spare wheel (rim) off this morning. Reception was excellent and everything was ready for the fitting. I opted to call back in an hour or so to pick it up as I only live a few minutes away. When I returned the tyre had been fitted on the wheel and I was back on the road within a couple of minutes. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I would have no hesitation in using this garage again.

Well I was supposed to have my tyres changed today. Confirmation arrived this morning. No one turned up and no message to let me know. I waited in all day so am not best pleased. I spoke to Alison in Scotland on behalf of BC who was very helpful and will ring BC Monday morning to check when I am to expect fitter. Very disappointed.

Awful customer service... hour and a half to fit one tyre, and not a single progress update in that time until I chased it. Then had to return to the garage as they did NOT replace the valve when fitting the new tyre, which was then leaking by the time I got home just a mile away.

A clean acceptable second hand car dealers with workshops behind. Friendly greeting by staff and asking I would like to use their waiting area while having my tyres fitted. Nicely set out waiting area with tea, coffee available. First time use, but I would happily return.
