Tyre was fitted at the time of appointment, but due to a shortage of staff, customers who had also booked for tyres at the same time were delayed by 30-40 minutes before work could begin on their car. A rather chaotic atmosphere to be honest as the one person on the desk had to deal with several Customers, phones ringing, and his fitters al at the same time. No paperwork given to me before I left.
