Wow, what a find. Tried these guys as last experience with ATS was awful. What a difference. From being greeted warmly and with a friendly smile, being continuously advised of what was happening and then warmly sent on my way, These guys have clearly understood that the customer experience is important and that manners and a happy demeanour cost nothing but will pay dividends, So glad I took a punt, as I'll be using these gents (and lady) from now on, and will be recommending any friends who ask.

1 hour to change 2 tyres, disconsidering technician in regard to customer property(serial number of the wheel nut key of the box on the floor)rims full or fitting grease.Extra cost to the customer to get the car washed. It was a good garage a couple of years back ,not anymore.

Set an appointment time and stuck to it. Warm welcome from the Receptionist and work carried out promptly. All staff were very friendly . Even handed a bottle of water, it was a very hot day.

Happy with the price but was given a bit of a sales pitch that I needed to change the other rear tyre at the same time. This tyre is absolutely fine and does not need to be changed and I think that the pitch was unnecessary
