Picked a day that they were obvs very busy - left the car there at 10:00AM and had to chase three times and wasn't ready until late afternoon. When I left after collecting the car it had obviously been taken for a drive.... No idea why as it only had two tyres fitted... maybe it was because it was an M4?! Recently discovered they also lost the locking wheel nut - went back to see if they could find it and was promised a refund for the cost of replacement by BMW (45!).... Still waiting. Last time I use them.

The fitters constantly used foul language. This included the use of the C word which is not acceptable. Silver balancing weights were used on black wheels, with is not great. One of my wheels was also marked in the process. Awful experience all round
