The installation was very good but when I arrived for the appointment there was going to be a delay of 2.5 hours before they could fit the tyres. I could not wait and had to return the following day. Otherwise I would have rated them 5 stars.

Excellent service by a very friendly engineer, fast and efficient, first class support. Wish the same could be said for Blackcircle, website failures, app flaws, constant emails telling me action required when appointment was already booked. So yes i would recommend Just Tyres, no I wouldn't recommend Blackcircle.

Fitting was fine, they just need to clean the excess grease of the wheels and tyres after the fitting, it's the little things that would improve the rating.

Only reason it is not 5 stars is that the rims are covered in gunk that was used to aid the fitting of the wheel. Most garages would have cleaned that off before handing back to the customer. Other than that though, everything was fine.
