I booked my fitting for 16.00 they told me an hour for fitting. They called me at 17.10 to say they could not do it so would need to do it on Saturday morning. I asked repeatedly & also wrote on their job sheet for them to keep 1of the tyres they took off as this tyre was undamaged & only done 10k miles so would have been ok for a spare. When I picked up the car they had not kept the old tyre.

Nice friendly guys at Just tyres. I was given a fitting time if 10-11am by BC and I turned up at 10.15 to be told my actual fitting time was 9.45? Luckily they squeezed me in. Very poor communication frm BC to the fitting centre regarding the times. This needs addressing. I would advise people to phone up the fitting centre the day before as the approximate times given by BC cannot be relied upon.
