Took over 5 hours to fit a set of 4 tyres for me. Absolutely appalling time management, having been told it would not take longer than 2 hours. Which was long enough anyway, never been to a garage before that has taken longer than 30 mins to replace and fit new tyres for me.

Absolutely awful Damaged my wheel, there was no marks at all, confronted them about it and they denied all knowledge of damaging my wheel. Reporting them to trading standards.

Tyre was refitted within 30 mins and the guys were friendly, but the wheel was left covered in grease and dust cap not refitted (didn't notice until I got home and didn't have time to go back for it). Waiting room looked to be part way through being renovated but the sofa was covered in food crumbs!
