The fitting centre was an unsafe circus. To get to the office I had to avoid a tyre fitter and literally step over some tyres. It was at least 1/2hr late before the job was even started.

Had appointment at 10 and they let me wait for over 2 hours to help walk ins first. Wheel alignment was not done properly. They tried it again a second time and it is still not done correctly.

Garage opened at time stated on web site, 8.30am, served me straight away, car in, jacks up, 2 wheels off. Straight on with the new tyres which were ready and waiting. Done and dusted in 15 mins, very efficient. Tyres over inflated by 30%, but luckily I went straight to the petrol station after to check pressures.

Was able to get a short notice appointment on a Saturday, Tyres were fitted in good time. But I was unable to get my wheel alignment done due to very high prices, more than double that of other local options. So added hassle to take car somewhere else to get this service.

Not an experience to be repeated. Got there at 0850 to be first in the queue. Car taken around the back at 0910. Advised it would be about an hour. Constant chasing and meaningless updates I left at 1105. Two hours to fit two tyres!

As well as tyres, they also do servicing and sell cars so it a bit confusing where to park and get attention. Office is a bit hidden and not clear. Once This was done all went well thanks.

It was all a bit chaotic. It was disappointing to see the fitter was putting back on the nut caps without torquing the bolts, I had to ask them to ensure they were torqued correctly. The tyres were reinflated to incorrect pressures and both pressures were not the same and there were children trying to help the fitter. Having children near a jacked up 2 tonne van is not really very safe. On the plus side the staff were very polite and friendly .
