Although the fitting of the tyres was done well it was evident on my return home that the tyre pressures were not done properly as I received a warning that there was a problem with the pressure in one of the rear tyres. On checking the pressures in the morning one rear tyre was at 40psi and the other at 30psi, the recommended pressure is 35psi. I think it is important that the car is returned to the customer with the correct pressures .

Workman assigned hopeless at changing tyres-and noone wanted to assist him- until 2 hourse expired and one operative deigned to assist him with a simple method to complete the fit As a customer i waited in a cold, and extremely dirty waiting room, with no coffee making facilities or toilets, whilst i listened to the phones ringing off the hook in an empty reception Customer service values- it has none
