They Fitted my two new front tyres - They were on time , friendly and efficient. they even managed to find my phone , which had gone awol. so many thanks from me across the board. I usually use another local Garage , but would have no problem using trident if needed. This by way of explanation , as question 3 does not have a maybe option.

Quick, polite, helpful and thorough. Only slight negative (and not really a negative and most definitely won't stop me using them again) is the signage. Small track off a very busy road so being new to using them it was a bit challenging. Most definitely will use them again though and now I know where they are it's not an issue :)

Absolutely brilliant service - appointment arranged at a time convenient to me, reception staff polite and courteous. Fitting of the ordered tyre undertaken in 15 minutes and a clearly knowledgeable fitter provided status report on all other tyres with recommendations and approximate timescales for replacement based on average use. ProTyre are very professional with excellent facilities at their outlet in Colchester. 100% recommended.
