My appointment was at 8.30 but there was no-one there! After I had waited for 10 minutes, someone arrived and opened up. Again I had to wait before they started on my car. I was there for 50 minutes for a single tyre change!!! I was late for a 9.30 appointment.

The staff here have always been polite, informative and helpful. I arrived on what was a very busy morning. I was given an honest time frame for the tyres to be fitted, which freed me up to go and have a coffee etc. As it's a first come first serve basis be sure to allow at least an hour should others have arrived before you.

About a year ago, my old car had a flat tyre on the side of the road, and an AA technician brought me to this garage to change the tyre. I already felt that their service was excellent at that time. This time, I replaced all four tyres on my new car with Toyo tyres, and it took about two hours to complete. I don't feel any issues at the moment, and I believe I will choose this garage again if the opportunity arises.

Good experience, called a day before the scheduled appointment to confirm the tyres have arrived and then confirmed to drop the car in the morning and come back after is done. Dropped it at 9am and I was called at 11am to come and pick it up. Checked the tyres fitted after and visually everything was alright with new valves on.

Not the best service, cancelled twice and delayed by 3 days. Then when I picked up, new car tyres covered in white gunk that was left for me to try and remove. I think this is probably a good garage but overly busy causing these type of issues.
