Fantastic service by Wesley who always seems to go above and beyond. 4 new tyres fitted, balanced perfectly, and tracking done !! Couldnt recommend these guys any more. The shop is always spotlessly clean, and staff both friendly and welcoming. Its the best Ive been to, and such a bonus that its local to me, otherwise Id be travelling miles to get these guys to work on my cars!

Arrived shortly after they opened in the morning. There were already a number of other cars in work or parked up around the garage. A courteous man looked up my order, confirmed all the details and gave me a 75 minute estimated time of completion. 80 minutes later I returned to find the job ccompleted satisfactorily and the car parked up waiting for me. After a short key exchange I was back on my way. All good.

Attitude of staff really let it down, just felt like no professionalism or customer service whatsoever and left my wheels covered in tyre soap. Tyre warning light then came on when i drove off round the corner so I had to adjust the tyre pressures myself to the correct pressure

I got one call from an unknown caller ID, I couldnt answer they didnt try again. So they cancelled my booking as a failed to be present. I didnt get a second call or a 2hour window or a call to say they were 15mins away. Someone was in the property but the door was never knocked. Really really not happy.
