My appointment was 11.15am I arrived at 11.00am,only to hear the customer being attended to was told he would be seen to next at which point I intervened and he apologised,took my car in10 mins later to have 2x tyres fitted,it took 2hrs so at 1.15 my car was ready,unbelievable! I've used this garage in the past twice before,the second time was not so good,but this time was even worse will not ever be using this garage again.

Appointment booked for 11.15, when arrived the worker complained that it was booked via black circles and not directly. Made a big deal about asking for the vehicle reg and which tyres to replace. They said it would take an hour so left and came back and hour later and they hadn't even started on the car. It was not finished until 2 hours after the appointment. I've used that garage lots of times in the past but will be going elsewhere in future.

Garage easy enough to find, operate on a first come first serve basis so I expected to leave my veichle for a while (1hour). when I arrived they already knew I was booked with blackcircles and what tyres were mine, only draw back was no customer parking available as its on street and street was very full of residents parked cars (not the garages fault I know) overall hassle free experience.

The customer service was cold and blunt at best, a little warmth, compassion and kind words of support would go a long way. When the new tyres were fitted, the information labels were not removed; this is the first time this has happened to me using Blackcircles and I didn't much like it.

Left my car at the garage at 9.30am. It took till 15:40 to get the call to say it was ready. I called at the garage at 1pm to be told people had gone home sick and it was going to take 90mins to 2hrs to get it done despite my car being next. How does it take that long to fit 2 tyres ? I was due at work at 2pm and arrived at 4.30pm costing me 2.5hrs pay. Even if they had rang to say they were struggling id have taken the car and rebooked but they never even bothered with that. Never again

Disappointing. Turned up at 10.50am for two tyres to be fitted. Having booked a am appointment. Took nearly 4 hours. Was told on arrival that it would take 45 minutes to an hour as they were busy. Decided to get picked up . Expecting to be called. Id heard nothing by 1.15 so called and was told they had problems with the balancing and would be another 45 minutes. Eventually received a text at 2.40 saying it was ready.

The service at the garage was great. They were running on time and gave an accurate estimation on how long the tyre change would take. As I wasn't sure which tyres needed to be changed, they took time to assess them and then speak through the best way to go. Overall, a brilliant service! I would 100% use this garage again.
