Garage easy enough to find, operate on a first come first serve basis so I expected to leave my veichle for a while (1hour). when I arrived they already knew I was booked with blackcircles and what tyres were mine, only draw back was no customer parking available as its on street and street was very full of residents parked cars (not the garages fault I know) overall hassle free experience.

The customer service was cold and blunt at best, a little warmth, compassion and kind words of support would go a long way. When the new tyres were fitted, the information labels were not removed; this is the first time this has happened to me using Blackcircles and I didn't much like it.

Poor, unreasonable attitude. Switching rear tyres to front "we aren't paid for that". Staff coming up with technical reasons that don't apply to also not help with this 2 minute task. Cracked my hub cap and didn't tell me, noticed when inspecting the tyres down the road

Poor customer service. Dropped car off at 11:50 for 12 o'clock fitting. Phone call at 12:10 to confirm which tyre required replacing, then nothing. Phoned garage at 13:30 as heard nothing to be informed their equipment had failed and outsourced the job and couldn't give me a time when the car would be ready for collection. Eventually had a phone call and collected the car just after 2pm, over 2 hours it was dropped off to replace one tyre. One call to advise they had a problem at the garage with their equipment would have been sufficent.

Very professional service. Dropped off on time, they did some vehicle checks and identified suspension arm issue which would affect the new tyres and replaced a bulb. The staff member even wheeled out old tyres for me to retain when collecting the car. Second time using this KAM garage via Black Circles for tyres, a very professional service delivery.
