Absolutely faultless from start to finish. I initially had an appointment booked with them at 10:30 AM through the blackcircles website, but after getting there, I had a problem with my locking nut for the wheels. They gave me several options for replacement and removal from OEM to local outfitters and got me booked in the same day. I dropped my car off with the spare key and picked it up a few hours later without a hitch.
