Staff were really friendly and helpful, immediately explained there would be a delay due to an issue with the appointment before mine. They estimated 30 minutes, the delay was only 20 minutes which because they had explained was fine. Brown paper protective over mats fitted to protect the floor.

Booked (via Blackcircles) to have two tyres fitted. Arrived to a cheery welcome from Jack, the Manager. All very efficient. 45 minutes after arrival the job was completed and I was on my way.
