Dropped car of at correct time called them 6 hours later they told me can't find locking nut key can't do job. I walked down opened boot and they key was right there I lost a whole day due to them not even looking even though they said they had.

Garage were great. Blackcircles not so much. My appointment said AM, the garage work on a first come first serve basis and there could be a queue but that's not the case. My appointment was at 9am and Blackcircles never told me. I arrived at the garage at 10.40am and even though they were busy they still done the tyres for me. If you book through Blackcircles make sure to ring the garage the day before to confirm your appointment.
