Dissapointing... The garage had no record of my appointment - apparently Blackcircles don't tell them to expect me. I had to leave car with them and return 2 hours later. Guy on front desk hasn't been to 'customer care' school. I'd rather have gone to the one that I previously have used in Havant but for some reason it's not available any longer? Frankly, this experience would make me question using Blackcircles again and I have been a very long term customer.

I arrived on time and the tyre replacements started almost straight away. I thought that the tracking for all 4 tyres was taking some time until I looked through the window and saw what was involved - the technician must have spent a good half an hour setting the wheels up. And then checking the torque on the tyres replaced here 3 months previously .... and then pumping my skinny spare to the correct pressure. Thank you for sorting it all out.
