The fitting by Protyre was fine but the communication between Blackcircles and garages needs improvement. Blackcircles appears to make bookings to fit their tyres without checking availability at the chosen garage.

For some unknown reason a small problem organising an appointment date. Rectified and turned up appropriately, no problems. Prompt, efficient and helpful service although as advertised a first come first served basis and I was first in the queue.
