I was disappointed to find that this shop does not offer wheel alignment services, and more importantly, they did not inform me about this before fitting the tires. It would have been helpful and more professional to clearly communicate this upfront so customers can make informed decisions or plan accordingly.

I paid for a wheel alignment along with tyre fitting, but I have not received any proof that the alignment was actually carried out. When I requested a printout of the alignment report, I was informed that your printer was not working. I then asked for the report to be emailed to me, but I was told that this could only be done next week. This delay is unacceptable, as proof of alignment should be provided at the time of service. Given the lack of evidence, I have serious doubts that the alignment was performed as promised.

Dealt with immediately, no delay. Damaged tyre shown to me to be unrepairable. Although only one tyre was being replaced, the pressure in all four tyres were set to my requested pressures. Help was provided to correctly stow the tools in the boot of my car. Friendly, efficient and very helpful staff.

Did the work as expected in a timely fashion. My only slight criticism was the over paint of the tyre gunge they use to ease the rubber over the wheel rim. I appreciate they need to do this but maybe wipe down the spokes of the wheel after handling. When it dries it looks like alloy wheel damage!

Requested and paid for mobile fitting - only for the fitter to say its not possible where i am and was unsafe and to follow him to the garage. I totally understand the need for safety but before booking perhaps you should be asked on the whereabouts of the mobile fitting, to deem safe or have requirements listed - as you pay extra for a service that can't always be delivered. The fitter was nice enough about it all and was very good at his job. Was actually quite quick for a guy by himself!
