Called on the morning of fitting to say they couldn't do that day, agreed to reschedule for 'around 11am-1:30pm' the next day. Next day 1:30pm came and went, so I tracked down ATS's call centre number and chased them up. Rather bored-sounding woman called the fitter and reported that he'd been diverted onto some urgent jobs and would be with me 'sometime this evening'. Tyres were finally fitted around 7pm. Not impressed with communication on the second day, nor with ATS's ability to keep its appointments.

Fitter was late and missed the booked time slot. There was no communication till you complain to black circle. Ats blames black circle and vice versa. I might have been unlucky but it reflects on a major flaw in their system. For that reason I would not recommend them or use black circle if it involves remote tyre fitters unless you have loads of time to sort out a simple problem.
