Were unable to do a mobile tyre fitment on the scheduled day . The fitter had too many emergency calls to be able to do the work. This is just an exceptionally poor process. ATS need to use fitters dedicated to fitting tyres and only fitting booked customer tyres, not require them to also handle emergency calls. The system they use is broken. I've had to reschedule my fitting but there is no guarantee the same thing wont happen again on the new scheduled date. Extremely poor service.
