I booked this fitment with ATS, preferring them to the alternative Halfords option. I can't see how Halfords would have been any worse. The fitter didn't turn up, I received no communication as to why, and now, 24 hours later, still the silence is deafening. The true test of a company is how they respond when thongs go wrong and, if my experience is typical, I shall never use ATS again.
