Poor. Took nearly 2hrs to change two trees. Tried to make out two other tyres are dangerous because they are perished. Flagged as advisory by recent Audi service and MOT. Then put the news on the rear of the car instead of the front which makes no sense.

I was given a 9.00 appointment. STS in Bordon said that they could only fit tyres on an ad hoc basis squeezing it in one tyre at a time whenever they could! Not good!

Great service. I hadnt realised via black circles it was a drop off service (this was down to black circles site not being clear not the garage) but they were fab as I due to a back injury I couldnt walk far enough to go and grab a coffee up the road so Id have to sit and wait - instead of that they kindly let me take the car away and come back in an hour. Quick turn around when I did get back, would recommend.
