Appointment was 11am was meet as I arrived by staff and garage carried out the tyre replacement quickly and are very polite will be using them for all tyre work in future. Have also recommended them to family & friends due to the professional way the work and staff carried out the work.

Slow, lacked professionalism, less than 24 hours after fitting and having only driven home I have a pressure warning light on. That said, they were all friendly.

Broke my TPMS sensor. Arrived for appointment with no issues or warning lights, about 15 mins into appointment guy brought me TPMS sensor he just broke, took no responsibility for it. I raised this as a complaint, guy was very aggressive and wouldn't fix it. All other garages I spoke to after said that this would have been broken by carelessly taking off tyre, but if they had broken they would have fixed it. Have now had to pay to repair elsewhere, where I would usually have tyres swapped. Black circle also didn't care. Complete rogues. Avoid

Tried to charge me an extra 40 for a service I didn't have done. The staff were otherwise really nice and the service was quick. Just make sure you know a little bit about cars before you go so they can shaft you, as they tried with me.

Called and asked to move my appointment for following day, agreed for 1pm, arrived in time, the guy there told me to be back in 1h, back at 2pm and only 2 wheels, asked how long will take and the guy responded very arrogant that it will last as much as he want. He was pretending to do anything else but not my car. They were only 2 staff not organised at all and working chaotic, starting to do one wheel but stopping to add new wheel on other car, etc. Disgusting
