Booked in for 14:30 but car returned to me at 16:25 after asking that car be returned at latest 16:00. Missed appointment due to late return. According to car app work on car started at 15:20ish so 4 tyres changed in good time but work should have started at booking in time or whats the point.

Nice to have a tyre-fitter with a receptionist. She was very nice and very efficient. The downside is that its really a body shop not a tyre fitter. I asked to have the tracking done (knowing there would be an extra charge) but was told they dont do that. If I had known this in advance I would have gone elsewhere.

Garage was not helped by poor information from blackcircles. Garage had scheduledca time but blackcircles said it was a first come first served basis and they also failed to inform the garage that I had 2 of my own tyres to swap. Garage ended up being very accommodating and changing my time and fitting all the tyres. 2 stars only for black circles. Still took 2 hours though.

Simple process and all good, order, book, drop off. The 'LET DOWN' was the car's warning light flashing due to whole range of pressures when about to leave see photo. Really disappointing as waited again for them to be balanced- fobbed of with just need to drive a bit first- nope not having that. Female customer with vehicle used to provide home care in challenging rural areas, should be able to drive off with no issues.

Not great. Went to get tyres fitted and was told the locking wheel nut key didnt work. Looked like it had been rounded down using an impact gun. Anyway picked car and tyres back up. Went home and knocked a socket onto the wheel bolts, got them free and got a mobile tyre fitter to come and fit tyres. It's easier to find an excuse than a solution these days. Bit disappointed would be an understatement.
