No problem with the fitting of tyres. However, I was not called as arranged when the work was done to arrange collection. This seemingly small issue caused me a lot of inconvenience due to having to arrange transport to collect my car. As such I would not use the company again as I would not be confident that I would be informed when the work was completed.

The guys at Tyre Pros were great today. They managed to find me an early slot, after dropping off the car at 9am. A word of caution - if you book through Black Circle you get only a am or pm slot. Not offering a specific time slot is a bit ridiculous.

Car was dropped of at 9am for a morning fitting and was told I would get called when it was ready. No call was received so at 2pm I rang to get an update and was told it had just been finished. Tyres look good and the driving experience feels good.

Done fairly quickly and no issues. Big site and decent waiting area. Waiting Area could improve with a toilet, TV and a hot drinks machine.
