The fitting experience was fine and I was very pleased with that. However I had to call the RAC out today for a knocking noise at the front of the car, it turned out to be loose nuts and the wheel was very close to coming off. This is a major safety issue. Having looked up the issue, I am now aware that I should have checked the nuts after the fitting. Best move would have been to explain this to me at the time. Luckily a nasty accident has been avoided.
