Greeted with a welcome smile to friendly staff. Even on a Saturday! Full explanation of the job before commencing to make sure I understood and was happy with proceeding. Zero waiting time for them to start which impressed me. They made me aware of any existing damage to reassure me they wont be adding any more to my wheel! Full de brief afterwards once the job completed. Highly recommend the staff. They all spoke to me and made me feel welcome and seemed interested in my day. Perfect service. Would book in again. Dropped car of at correct time called them 6 hours later they told me can't find locking nut key can't do job. I walked down opened boot and they key was right there I lost a whole day due to them not even looking even though they said they had.
