Initially there was a lot of confusion about the date of the appointment - the BlackCircles website said there was earlier availability than Tech-Tonic could provide & I would probably have gone elsewhere if I'd known (not sure if this was BlackCircles fault or the garage's). However, Tech-Tonic were excellent when I took my car around & the work was done to a high standard.
