My original slot was for 9am, but I was contacted and asked if I could move it to 1pm. Not an issue, but when I arrived the garage was still under the impression my slot had been at 9am. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes just to fit two new tyres.

Nice enough guys, no issues with the actual work. However, 2hr 55mins for two front tyres and tracking on a humble VW Golf is atrocious. Clearly not enough staff there, don’t go on a Saturday morning unless you want to waste your entire morning.

I went to Manselton MOT centre to have my tyres fitted and met by a fitter and once I told him who I was stated that I was a Blackcircles customer and he would get someone to fit them straight away. The tyres were fitted by a young fitter who was very pleasant and cheerful. I was in and out in 30 minutes and completely satisfied.

I have used Blackcircles many times but Halfords was the first fitting agent that needed to keep the car for 3 hours to fit one tyre - very inconvenient, very disappointed. Won't use them again.

Adam who does the mobile tyre fitting didn't balance my 2 new front tyres and my steering wheel has been juddering really badly. I have to go back to there garage the next day to fix the issue. Half a job. Mark from ats swansea retail did honestly say that my 2 new front tyres hasn't been balance and mended the problem straight away.
