Met with quite a frosty reception. Wasn’t in a rush to start as it was “lunch”. Started 10 mins late even though they wasn’t doing anything and I told them I was struggling for time as I needed to get to work. Won’t be coming back here again. I arrived at 13:25 for the new tyre. Didn’t leave until 14:30. Ridiculous.

Arrived 15 mins early and was immediately attended to. They were expecting me. Sat me down in the waiting room and said a health check would be conducted and reported on. 45 mins later this was duly reported but only when I asked for it. Signed the paperwork and left. Very efficient
