Excellent service from these guys. Tyres were done quickly, communication was great. Only reason for 4 stars is that they REALLY over inflated the tyres from the manufacturers recommended pressure which is clear for all to see on the door pillar. But generally very pleased.

Looked bit like a “Travellers site”? Guy checking the car put my bunch of keys on the roof while writing something down then got miffed when I took keys off roof and said I didn’t want my roof marked? Then tried to get in car with the most oily shitty overalls ever and stopped him then another guy moved car with cleaner cloths on? Not very impressed

The tyres were on the wheels and appear to be balanced correctly but they were very dirty! My alloys also had black marks all over them. They came off and cleaned up after a good scrub but paying this much money the tyres shouldn’t be in that state! the lubricant they used to put the tyres on was also oozing out everywhere and flicked up onto the paintwork of my car. Not impressed with the service

When turned up to garage they said they had declined the job as they had no space to do it. They told me black cirlce,s should of informed me about this but they had not. They did manage to fit me in a few hours later. I have friends who have always used this garage and said good things about them so I suspect it is not the garages fault but black circles fault.

Really happy with the fitting. I’m really ocd with my alloys not getting damaged and chipped and was a little bit nervous but they didn’t damage the alloys at all. Would highly recommend hassle free.

I liked the extra attention to detail with their report on depth of tread on rear tyres and the fact they commented on a minor curb scuff of front wheel. Small things but showed attention to detail. However an hour and a half to fit 2 tyres, I dunno bit of a disappointment really. Would I recommend yes but speed it up please I’m sure Kwikfit would have done it in half the time
