Five stars for the ATS fitter who did the work, however he was apparently not directly connected with the local centre. When contacted the garage were unable to contact him or offer any information about the mobile fitting schedule. The relationship between Black Circles, ATS Mobile and ATS Centres appears very detached and not helpful to the customer at all.

Tyre fitter called me the day before my booked date and offered to fit the two new tyres that afternoon. That was not convenient for me so he stated that he could be with me at 10.00 on my booked date. He arrived only a few minutes late and proceeded to change my two front tyres which took about 40 minutes. No problems, excellent service and worth the call out fee of 18 charged as I could do some work at home instead of driving to and then hanging around in a garage. Highly recommended.

Booked ATS mobile fitting via Blackcircles so could have fitted at home. Fitter called on way on day of booking, arrived at expected date/time for what was a professional, efficient, personal & polite service - whats not to like?

The technician arrived promptly, was very friendly and polite. Got to work quickly, and made a point of showing me the worn tyres to demonstrate that they were in need of changing. All done in a good time, with the convenience of being carried out on my driveway. No scratches or scuffs left on the wheels either. Would recommend.
