They did a great job of balancing the wheels. This is the third time I have used John Oats as they seem to be the only garage in my area who can balance wheels properly so that there is no vibration at high speed. However, I have only given them 4 stars as the wheel nuts where badly over torqued (I had to use a 1m extension bar on my wheel spanner to loosen the wheel nuts. Toyota specified torque is 103 Nm)
