Actually booking a home fitting was not easy. It required two phone calls and various emails to secure an appointment. I am prepared to put this down to the effects of lockdown so have not allowed it to reflect on the review. The fitter arrived as planned, observed Covid rules and completed the work in a tidy manner and even offered some recommendations regarding tyre wear. A good service at a good price.

Tyres fitted & balanced ok but lasted less than 7 hours before I found 7 balance weights on my drive from various wheels on the car !! Told garage about the issue and they did apologise and I booked the car in again for all four wheels to be rebalanced…. All ok now but I feel a little disappointed in having to visit the premises twice.

The online booking allowed me to pick a convienant time within a few days of making the appointment. I was then contacted to say that the time wasn't available and it was a week before i could book in again due to my shifts and their availability. I would have picked another centre if i knew that the booking system at this garage wasn't reliable.

When my tyres were due to be balanced the fitter discovered the balance machine (mobile unit ) was not working. The garage took my car back to base which was only a few miles away and completed the job. 5 stars for effort, I only gave four stars based on the overall experience. The main thing was all was sorted to my satisfaction.
