    Checked beforehand to confirm my appointment time. Arrived 10 minutes early but the job only started 30 minutes after my appointment time. It then took another 30 minutes to complete. Perhaps I was expecting too much. Did a good job though.

    Even though i was booked in for 08:30 in the morning it was still over 1hour 30mins before they started changing the tyre. No sense of urgency.
