I had the rear tyres replaced on the 6 March by Formula One Basingstoke. As previously reported they initially removed the front two tyres and on notification of their mistake refitted them. Today whilst driving on the motorway one of these tyres lost pressure and on reinflating a large bulge appeared which means i now have the front two tyres to replace. I can't help but feel that there is a connection between their removal and replacement and to say i am unhappy is an understatement.

My new Tyre was fitted promptly and the fitter was polite and helpful. The only reason I marked it 4 stars instead of 5 was that dirty finger mark's were left on my cream door cards and the wheel itself should be wiped clean after fitting.

Have not bought tyres using this process before but will from now on! F1 cars were quick, polite and the waiting room was one of the most pleasant of this type that Ive used. Clean tidy and even smelled good. My daughter has used the garage before so thought Id give it a try. Will use them again at some point!

Friendly costumer service. I give only 3 stars because I bought 4 new tires and 1 tire was not pump up correctly. 10 minutes after I left the garage the dashboard showed the deflated tire. I stop at a petrol station and check all tire. 1 tire 18 psi. Other 3 was around 26psi. Originally needs 33psi

Under inflated tyres after fitting (2.1 BAR, they need between 2.3 and 2.6 BAR). Long wait as well, arrived 20 minutes before appointment, they didn't roll the car into the garage until 50 minutes after the appointment time.
