Arrived at 08.45 for a 09.00 appointment to have 4 new tyres. On arrival they had no idea I was coming and I was greeted by a very frustrated employee on the desk due to this. Once the confusion was cleared up, they completed the job nicely. There seems to be a communication problem between black circles and the garage.

Booked into Wheel Traders Ltd by Blackcircles to get a Uniroyal tyre fitted to my BMW X3. Turned up at fitting station at 8am to a nice friendly welcome from the lady at the desk. Left the car to visit Lakeside and they said they would call me when finished...which they did with a nice friendly phone call from John. Really impressed with the smooth check in and service by Wheel Traders.No hassle and would use again. Would certainly recommend this company for a tyre fitting.Thank you.
