"I had four tyres fitted at ATS Hereford, who did a great job. I paid an additional cost for Nitrogen fill and ATS offered to check and adjust the alignment, which I also had done. The wheels were balanced with my TPMS sensors in place and so no longer vibrate. Overall very good service from both Blackcircles and ATS."

Very bad. Shocking timekeeping. Booked for 12-00. Asked that it be ready for 1-00 as I have just a 1 hour lunch break. Receptionist said yes . Car not ready till 13-50 making me late for work, 1 hour 50 minutes to fit 2 tyres !! Received similar "service" the last time they fitted tyres to my vehicle. Will never use them again.

"My tyres were fitted at Gerry Dovermans garage in Hereford. I was given a warm welcome on arrival from Mr Doverman and offered a coffee while I waited for the tyres to be fitted. The garage itself was spotlessly clean and all ther staff extremely well presented. The whole place exuded efficiency. My tyres were fitted promptly, the wheels torqued up correctly and I was on my way in no time."

I was most impressed by the service given by Chris, the garage owner. He definitely went the extra mile to ensure that not only did the tyres fit the rims that I had supplied, but also that the hubs were prepared to fit the new tyres and rims. I will definitely use him again.

Once you have purchased your new tyres and booked the fitting centre of your choice, you have nothing else to worry about. On the day of your fitment simply turn up, have your tyres fitted and then carry on with your day.
