Took a surprisingly long time to fit two tyres, then when I came to pay with my 'phone they don't accept contactless payments. Had to ask my wife to come and pay for the service with a credit card. Very outdated payment facilities, specially considering covid.

First time using this garage. Very friendly and welcoming people. Clean, comfortable nicely decorated waiting area for customers, and very professional set up in the workshop’s. Cannot fault in any way. If this garage was more convenient to my home and workplace I would definitely use them for other services, hence answer below asking if I would use in the future for other services.

Tyre fitter was very approachable, provided a quick and efficient service and was very helpful in clearing the tyre pressure monitoring system alarm before I left the premises. The only down-side to the premises is the lack of customer waiting area and direction signs are not very visible.

Car was booked in for 2 tyres at 8:30am. I only got my keys back at 10:20am. Cannot believe it took so long. There was a decent waiting area though.

Simple change of 2 tyres... 1hour 30 minutes later still waiting and after chasing being told approximately another 20 minutes yet.. 2 hours for 2 tyres to be changed. Never using this garage again.
