Very welcoming and friendly staff, comfortable waiting area with plenty of coffee on tap, Fitting took a quite a bit longer than first thought due to tyres not wanting to seat on the wheel beads, fitter remarked it was due to poor storage at warehouse squashing the sidewalls, finally got them to play ball after 2hrs.

I ordered four tyres on 9th feb through black circles to be fitted at ATS. It was booked for the 11th feb however I had to drop it in on the 10th feb due to work commitments and they rang me about an hour later saying that they managed to fit them on the afternoon I dropped the car off. Exceptional customer service.

No problem with the work at all. A bit slow. Over 2 hours to fit 2 tyres + MOT. It is actually Marshalls Mazda dealer with an odd name to confuse!
