Went into garage and they were expecting me,they said there’s drinks if you like,I handed over keys and made my self a drink,it was less then 10mins and I didn’t even finish my drink and they said your car is ready.

Very poor by the garage, so much for premier garage recommended by yourself, stated could not fit tyres as my car has retractable side steps !!! Did state that they had other ramps that could be used but they were busy all day, when asked if car could be booked in was told it was always busy and they could not help. This is the first time I have tried to buy tyres on line Never agaiN.

Despite booking the car in to have two tyres fitted I had to wait over 90 minutes. For some reason it took two mechanics to move the car, the one who took a ride in the passenger side left muddy footprints all over the carpet. Very disappointed have used this garage before but never again

Arrived at the garage 10 minutes early only to be told they had bo booking on their system, to clarify the situation I asked the tyre fitter if the tyres I had ordered had been delivered, surprise, they had, because there was no booking I was asked to return at a later time, when I returned I asked if they could check the tracking, to my disbelief they couldn't. What a shower!
