The garage is on an industrial trading estate and presumably deals more with trade business. The customer reception area is very basic with minimum acknowledgement of the needs of customers waiting for work to be completed. It is also rather grubby and minimally cleaned. There are no refreshment facilities of any sort except a water machine which one hesitates to use. There is also the constant ringing of unanswered telephones.

I arrived 5 minutes early as requested for my fitting appointment to be told that my car would not be ready for 75 minutes. This seemed excessive for a pre booked appointment as they did not appear to over busy.

All fine with due regard to tyres and fitting and subsequent wheel alignment. However on arrival the TPMS was working correctly with the worn tyres. On departure it was noticed that the TPMS yellow caution light was on. It could be just possible the incorrect tyre pressures have been put in the new tyres.
