Because no specific time had been agreed with the garage by Black Circles I was told it would be at least a 35 minute wait. I left the car with them and they phoned me 1 hour 20 minutes later to say it was ready. A more precise time-frame would be better. The two tyres fitted were only inflated to 31 lbs psi which meant I had to further inflate them myself.

Graham Baker Motors were excellent in every way. I received a friendly and professonal welcome on arrival. There was just time for a pleasant walk in Ledbury while the 4 tyres were being fitted and the car was ready at the agreed pick up time. The work had been done in a neat and tidy fashion and the technicians used a seat protector when moving the car.
