Arrived 10 minutes before 9am appointment and they started soon after. 2 tyres changes and tracking checked and adjusted, all within the hour.

For single tyre replacement, wheel alignment and balancing and probably 3.5 stars. Friendly reception desk service and helpful fitter apparently understaffed on the day so may explain poor slow service. They apologised for the delays because of this. Appointment at 10.30 arrived at at 10.25 and departed 11.45 so 1 hour and 20 mins which is far too long a turnaround for a booked appointment. Lots of paper documentation needing completing and customers calling on spec leading to delays.
