I honestly wouldn’t ever use this garage ever again, the customer service was abysmal. Not only that once I had got back to my car I noticed that they have taken the paint off the edges an even some of the spokes, not once when I’ve used any other garage have they ever managed to take the paint of my alloy or even mark them at all! The heavy handed mechanic then just left my key in the car an told me it was done.

Fitting etc was okay once it got underway ! Communication was not wonderful ! I arrived ten minutes before my appointment and waited more than half an hour after before I was begun. Not a lot of point in having an alloted time.

Friendly and efficient service despite Black circles booking the wrong appointment day with the garage. This lead to some confusion as they were expecting me on the previous day, whereas all my booking information was for the following day. The garage coped with it admirably and the car has shiny new boots.

First time I used this garage. Being 100 % honest the most welcoming staff that I experienced in 20 years that I been in UK. Nicely clean waiting area. Been asked straight away if I wanted tea or a coffee. Every one there was pro worker.

Friendly team, i was immediately spoken to on arrival and was informed of the process and that i was the next customer. Kept informed all during the fitting process and we were well looked after. After the fittment, i was shown areas on my car which may need attention in the future, but was not pressurised and all advise was freely given. Highly recommended garage and personnel throughout - will use again.
