This customer had 4 x Rotalla RU01 tyres fitted here
Terrible Was told at pre check that all 4 tyres were 2mm so I bought 4 tyres At the fitting they took 20 mins before first tyre was taken off vehicle. When I signed check sheet on completion the rear tyres had been 4mm not 2mm I said they had lied to me and they said “sorry about that” !!! Will complain direct to ATS. Rotalla Tyres look fab

Booked on for 2pm not served until 3/4 hours later No free tracking check or brakes check despite ticking box on black circles form when paying for tyres No receipt from garage - overall not overly impressed

For the second time I had to wait over an hour past my booking time before work began. There is no point booking a time slot when you drive in to see one lethargic kid working on one car when there are over half a dozen cars parked outside. To then be told "it's gone a little crazy" really doesn't wash. This is why I booked a time!
