"They say they open at 8:30. I got there at 8:15 and they'd taken the keys for my car at 8:25. Tracking was offered (and declined) and they told me I could either collect or leave with them all day if I need to. They rang an hour later to say they had finished and I went back to collect at 10:30. Very good service!"
