Good service, but took over 1 1/2 hours to fit four tyres as there was a bit of a queue - a consequence of not offering timed appointments

Great service at F1 as always. Only area of improvement is to stick to the appointment time. I had a morning appointment but couldn’t collect car until 2pm. Other than that a sterling service.

Not very happy with this garage. Although it was on a first come basis they were short on staff. I did have to wait for a while and they couldn't fit the tracking in I requested. Would rather have the option of a specific time slot.
