This customer had 2 x Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres fitted here

Had two tyres fitted. Damage was caused to both wheels by the fitter who denied causing the damage. It was only after I produced evidence of their condition prior to fitting that the manager accepted responsibility and requested an estimate for repair. Unfortunately, after examination by two specialists the wheels were deemed irreparable and needed replacing. Following which they didn't want to know and I had to make a complaint to Blackcircles, who were excellent.

The only issue is the customer needs the time of when it's booked in through yourselves straight away, not just am or pm. By the time of getting the time given it could be hard to change with the garage who it's booked in with. Luckily I called the garage & re-arranged the time as it was too close to the school drop off time for me.
