Garage installed 1 stock tire 2 years old and 3 new tires. Only saw this months later when i swapped the tires from winter to summer in another tire shop which pointed this out by looking at the codes embossed on the sidewall of the tires which clearly show the manufacturing year. I will be taking legal recourse -- not good shop.

As always, the team at Willow Tyres carried out an excellent job replacing all 4 tyres and carrying out a front wheel alignment. I checked the pressures on my return home ('cos I'm like that) and all 4 were at factory spec. The alignment report was left in the car for me and showed there was lots of adjustment needed and completed. Obviously with 4 new good quality tyres and fresh alignment the car feels much more stable, safer and quieter. Great experience from the Willow Tyres team as well - they completed the work very quickly too.

Bad points Turned up at reception at alloted time, had no idea of my appointment. Had to show them the email. After my tyres are done the man who changed my tyres decided to wheel spin them out of the garage. Good points Nice area to sit and wait watching people work on cars. They did the job in reasonable time. Easy to find and friendly enough.

Waited far too long 10:15 turned up early and left at 12:20, I had to literally ask the others staff to force it through as Id left and returned and literally watched one of the fitters mess around for 20-25 mins on his phone doing not a lot of tyre fitting. Im sorry the the receptionist then tried to convince me it was because of the size of the tyre hurt poor excuses I found and nothing worse than having your weekend time wasted by lazy stafff, the main man had to help in the end

Absolutely appalled at the level of service from ATS I received. Was given a mobile slot between 12:30 and 4:30 at my work. Heard nothing and at 4:30, not a single word. Phoned up and was greeted by an incredibly rude and unhelpful woman. Asked how can I proceed and the response I got was I dont really know what you want me to do. Utterly embarrassing from the company employing people of that calibre

Booked a delivery slot 8-30 - 12-30, taking time off work. No communication telling of any delay and had to go out at 12.40...Needless to say 5 minutes later the fitter arrives so I end up returning home. No apology and after fitting both tyress dust caps had just been placed on. Appreciate a refund of the time slot charge at the very least.
