This customer had 2 x Pirelli P Zero (PZ4) NCS tyres fitted here

I got my tyre changed today, and I must say the service was excellent. The gentleman from Pakistan was very humble, professional, and welcoming. His attitude and behaviour were truly appreciated, and he did a great job. I would definitely recommend his services to others and will happily return in the future. Excellent customer service and a genuinely great person!

This customer had 4 x Bridgestone Turanza T005 tyres fitted here

I asked for the mobile fitting service at my home address as I needed to have four old tyres removed and disposed of from one set of wheels, and four new tyres fitted to a different set of wheels, neither of which were actually on my vehicle. Mark, the mobile fitter from Castleton depot, did exactly what I required, otherwise I would have had to transport 8 wheels to and from a garage myself. Mark was friendly, efficient and thorough, and I am very satisfied with the new tyres (Bridgestone Turanza T005).

They were quick, efficient and friendly, even offered to come back later when we had to pop out with our 6 week old. They had early and convenient booking slots and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs their tyres changing in an emergency.

My new tyres fitted promptly. The wheels were unmarked and the rims had been wiped clean. However the valves were not renewed. This is common nowadays. Overall convenient and would use again.

Two tyres fitted in 20 minutes, in all a professional fuss free service.

Garage review for Arc1Tec Auto Repair Centre on 11/10/2026

This customer had 2 x Falken Azenis FK520 tyres fitted here

I went to this garage to have 2 rear tyres fitted. Both wheels were damaged upon collecting my car. A grind mark through the powder coat straight to the metal on one wheel around 15cm long, and on the other a small grind mark with two areas where the gloss finish of my wheel had chipped off. Both wheels were freshly powder coated professionally 6 months ago. I have never curbed either and they were both in new condition.

Great garage, Simon was knowledgeable and experienced. Fitting was done in no time. Good to see he uses a torque wrench to refit the wheels not just running them up with the gun.
